Have questions?

Renting a storage unit, parking your RV or boat, or using smart gate entry? Find quick answers to common questions about South Okanagan Storage facilities in Oliver, BC, serving customers across Osoyoos and beyond.
You have 24/7/365 access at both our McKinney Road and Enterprise Way locations. Whether you are hitching up your boat at 5:00 AM for a morning run on Osoyoos Lake or returning with your travel trailer late on a Sunday night, the gate opens whenever you need it.

Our security gates are fully automated. You can open the gate directly from your smartphone using our mobile access app or by entering your unique private PIN code into the digital keypad at the entrance.

Both facilities operate as unmanned, contactless facilities. This structure keeps overhead low and allows you to book, pay, and move in on your own schedule without waiting for staff. If you ever need assistance, our local team is available by phone or email:
  • Phone Support: Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Email: kelly@shermanventures.ca

Both properties sit on Osoyoos Indian Band land and feature:
  • Continuous perimeter security fencing
  • Automated access gates with unique PIN tracking
  • 24/7 high-definition security cameras covering the yard and entrance
  • On-site security monitoring

You bring and use your own lock. We believe tenants should hold the sole key to their possessions. We strongly recommend a heavy-duty disc lock or hardened steel padlock for optimal protection.

We offer outdoor stalls for:
  • Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and travel trailers
  • Wakeboard boats, pontoon boats, fishing craft, and jet skis (on trailers)
  • Passenger vehicles, classic cars, work vans, utility trailers, and commercial equipment

To store any vehicle, trailer, or boat at our facility, you must provide:
  1. Proof of active ownership/registration in your name
  2. Valid insurance coverage
  3. A government-issued photo ID

Yes. Our flexible month-to-month leases are built for seasonal owners looking for winterization parking between Okanagan lake and camping seasons.
